Overall a fantastic experience with all staff in Thetford. They were all friendly and helpful for my extra requirements.

Sabrina was mainly who I dealt with, she was great and although 3 months from when i originally booked to heading down to grab tickets and sort out passenger locator form, she remembered me and my plans - that goes a long way and it's been remembered for the next holiday I book, I will use these people again.
