Outstanding experience!

Yesterday was the first time using affordable trips (to birmingham) with Nusrat and Shahid, There service is 10/10! They both have caring and down to earth personalities & both went above and beyond to give the best support to individuals and make sure that everyone is taken care of. It was honestly such a pleasure to use their services. I love how they put 100% effort into making sure that people have the best experience. Their prices exceptionally low which shows that they have carefully considered families that have less so they still can enjoy a day with their loved ones.
The trip itself was so relaxing and such a laugh! it was such a great experience. I would 100% use their services again. And would definitely recommend if you are wanting to make friends and explore different city’s.

Absolutely loved using affordable day trips, shahid and nusrat really did go above and beyond to make sure people had the best experience! We went on our first trip with affordable day trips ( shahid organiser ) a very kind person who listens and helps everyone, I have a child with mobility problems and needs extra leg room, mentioned this to shahid who gave the front seats which really helped my child. Most of all my children enjoyed the experience, it was calm, and well organised will definitely be going again to more affordable day trips.

One star because the task of an organiser is to communicate each relevant information to every person in time and in case of any miscommunication, deal them respectfully and also accommodate them accordingly. The behaviour of 2 organisers on one of the trips was extremely poor and rude. Despite asking prior and even after arrival about having any special seating plans and then sitting after telling them, they forced us to move our seats after settling in. The professional response should have been “we apologise for the inadequate communication, if you don’t mind, we can accommodate you at that other seat”. But their loud reactions baffled us as if they have never heard someone reason with them, with one of them shouting “how dare you question the organisers” and the other one uttered more golden words than her, shouting “you should be ashamed of yourself”. We have absolutely no idea where this was coming from, or they just needed to dump frustration somewhere and considered 2 young students as easy targets. But no one should be allowed to manage or organise events without having any knowledge about basic public handling or managerial skills, rather than stooping to bullying.
