Lovely Clean and nice spec vehicles.
Travelled a couple of times with West Yorkshire Travel.
It has recently come to light they charge excessive rates in comparison to other local companies.
I have often gone on trips to watch my football team with this company but I have recently been advised by the person who organises Travel it's £880 for a 50 mile round trip.

So in summary lovely vehicles astronomical prices.

I have not got any quote so no idea why you're going on about Gucci.

I was just shocked to see £20 per mile quoted.

Changed to three 🌟 as high pricing isn't solely the business you offer

Meeting in Halifax..then Taking us to Hartlepool to watch FC Halifax Town.

I am the organiser for an independent Travel club. I have this used company for three seasons.. been to 40 football grounds.

They are very reliable.. very professional to me the customer .
They are very flexible with me ... example increasing our coach sizes as more request places.
Allowing us to always to stop off for a hour or 2 on our journey to the match..

We have just had an amazing day out with West Yorkshire travel. Our driver Pav was friendly, courteous with attention to detail from booking to pick up and drop off.
Replied quickly to any emails and queries with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Good vehicle, clean and comfortable but not better/different to many other providers. The booking process with the owner was excellent and the journey to our venue was very good although the driver could not find the first pick up point despite me giving clear directions. However, we were 20 minutes late to the vehicle at the end of the day as the death of the Queen had just been announced and some of my clients were obviously emotional about this. It is worth mentioning that the coach was not in the car park where I had asked him to wait, and where our other vehicle was waiting, but in the drop off zone where you are not allowed to wait for any period of time. The driver was rude, loud and critical saying we had booked for 6pm and had no business being late. Firstly I booked the vehicle for a corporate entertainment day and don’t expect to be held to an exact time. Secondly to be so rude and aggressive when our Queen had just died was unacceptable. He obviously didn’t care at all but my guests that included senior lawyers and army personnel commented on what an awful way it was to end such a day. Two of the gentlemen actually intervened to stop him yelling at me. I will never use this business again. Shame on you and your driver. Since posting this review I have received numerous calls and threatening texts from the owner do this business.

Best coach company I have ever used. Booked a 18 seater to Alton towers. Coach driver was very professional, friendly and flexible. Made the entire journey more enjoyable and was reasonably priced. Would recommend and would use again.

Excellent service. Prompt, efficient in a top class vehicle. Weather very poor both on the Friday and again on the Monday, but our driver, Pav, is a first class driver. We went to Skegness for a 60's weekend and all 10 of us agreed that we would definitely use this company again. We would 100% be requesting the company of the 'Amazing Pav' though!!

Absolutely thrilled with West Yorkshire Travel and would definitely use again, as well as recommending to others. We needed to take a group of adults with a learning disability or autism for an hour long journey to and from our venue and Pav helped everyone feel at ease and they all commented on how friendly he was. From an organisational point of view, I am delighted with how flexible and efficient Pav was with communications both by email and phone - he was very quick to reply and adapted to our needs with additional drop off / pickup points (despite some necessary last minute requests on our part!).
