We loved this little hotel. It was in a great spot to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Good to be so close to Saltaire, which is a must see. |Staff in hotel were friendly and helpful. Triple room was perfect for us. Breakfast was very good. A great find.

Excellent service, lovely breakfast. Nice cosy hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean and bed comfortable. If I’m in the area here will be my first choice. Had a few issues with my car, was welcome to stay in bar area all day after I checked out till I got on the road again.

It's a three star hotel and it shows. Maybe I would have rated in 3 out of 5 but given that the web site goes on about modern, chic, luxury and every comfort I downgraded to 2 out of 5 because that was not my experience.||Room had what you need with a few extras such as iron and a selection of diffusers for the hairdryer. |This didn’t compensate for the room being one of the smallest I have ever stayed in, the uncomfortable bed (despite a mattress topper) and a bright night light. In the end I had to use spare clothes to create a make-shift eye mask.|(on checking out I mentioned the emergency light in my room and the member of staff dismissed this as 'they are everywhere'. Well no, I don't want a light on in my room all night).|Bathroom also small but the shower was excellent with good pressure and enough space in the cubicle |Nice to be able to get a drink from the bar even if it is in the breakfast room with TV news on constantly |Breakfast had a decent selection and hot food brought to order. Not sure how the toast that looked well done was soggy. Perhaps it had been made earlier?||Staff are indeed friendly.

We were very impressed with this small hotel. Everything as expected. Clean, comfortable beds. Great breakfast and a lovely friendly welcome and all for a very good price. Very good location for visiting Saltaire and surrounding Yorkshire Dales. If we are in this area in future we would have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you

Stopped here for impromptu overnight stay when flight cancelled from Leeds Bradford Airport on Thursday night. What a little Gem. Spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. Arrived very late only 30 mins after booking and received very warm welcome by night staff. Room 106 large , comfortable and very clean. We were amazed that the prices included breakfast which was also excellent using only local|quality produce. Staff were all lovely. We have stayed in many hotels at double this price nowhere as nice with first class customer service. We had time to kill in the morning pending a rebooked flight in the afternoon and was only five minute walk to town centre shops and cafes. Would not hesitate recommending.

From the moment we arrived at this charming, family-run hotel, we knew we were in for a treat. "Lovely" doesn't even begin to cover it – it felt more like stepping into a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and a suggestion. Our spacious room was a welcome sight, with a bed so comfortable I almost considered packing it in my suitcase! All the essentials were there, from a kettle for that much-needed cuppa to fluffy towels and ample wardrobe space. Freeview TV and Wi-Fi were the cherries on top.
Breakfast was a real highlight. Forget those lukewarm buffets – here, you can start with a selection of cereals and a fancy coffee from the machine, before the friendly staff take your order for a freshly cooked breakfast. And what a menu! It was a feast for the eyes, with so many delicious options, even catering brilliantly for vegetarians and vegans. I was spoilt for choice!
The location is perfect too. Check-out was a breeze at 11am, and the hotel even let me leave my car while I explored Shipley town centre, just a short five-minute stroll down the hill. Honestly, this hotel is a gem. I can't recommend it highly enough – it's the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

Great hotel for a visit to Saltaire.
Check in was easy, the hotel staff were very friendly. Free parking at the rear of the hotel.
The room we had was very clean and nicely decorated. It was on the top floor but access was easy up a few flights of stairs. The room overlooked the main road, but there was no problem with noise.
The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order, with help-your-self fruit, cereals, and drinks.
I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is clearly cared for and is well maintained. Very hard to fault. Would have been 5* but our room was just a little short making it tricky to open the bathroom door.
Excellent breakfast with friendly staff. Parking is doubled so you could get blocked in. Great location for a stroll into Saltaire
