I recently had the privilege of performing Umrah with Shappal was our tour guide, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he provided us with clear instructions, insightful historical context, and spiritual guidance that greatly enhanced our pilgrimage.

Hotel in Makkah was good, Madinah close to the haram.

They offered a package during feb 2023, but all the paperwork and tour guides had zamzam travels stamped. Once we got to the airport there was no clear communication on where to go, luckily I had data to call the contact. Communication throughout the trip was not great. Delays throughout the trip.

Maybe the experience would have been different if it was actually sunnah tours that done the package. There were others in the group that booked directly through zamzam and we were tagging along with them.

Went on Hajj with Sunnah tours this year (2019) and could not be happier. Everything was made clear from the beginning with all members of the Sunnah team trying their best to keep everyone happy. They delivered on all their promises and more. I would definitely recommend Sunnah tours if you are looking for a group to go on the journey of a lifetime with.

Reading some of the comments above and responses, it is sad that we can belittle someone over a confusion and slight mistakes.

I have been travelling with Sunnah Tours since 2004 and I have nothing but praise for this company and the people of this company. The owners are the most humble, helpful and at the forefront of dealing with any problem that they have been faced with.

I would choose to travel with Sunnah Tours on all my Umrah and Hajj trips because of the the people who are involved in this company and not the packages etc they offer as anyone travel agent can offer a variety of packages. They are the most genuine, caring and humble set of people I have come across.

May Allah take the company to every success and protect its honour and the honour of the people who run it.

Alhumdulliah I travelled with Sunnah Tours in 2012 to perform Hajj. The experience was once in lifetime. Before and after the journey Sunnah Tours were extremely helpful, during journey there were some testing times as expected though Sunnah Tours made me feel at ease. All the staff at Sunnah Tours were extremely helpful even to this this day. Therefore, reading some of the negative reviews on here are quite diss-hearting. I would travel with Sunnah Tours again in the future Insha’Allah.

A highly recommended tour group that delivered as promised. They have guides that will go out of their way to help you complete your hajj. My family will be travelling with them the coming year Insha Allah. Recommend to speak to Brother Mir or Brother Sher when booking

Just got back from umrah with family of 8, would like to say JazakAllah khairun to the brothers at sunnah tours for the service they provided for my family. There guide hafiz Ayub was very helpful and was always on hand to offer his help. Would highly recommend.
