I was given a balloon ride as a birthday present and it was an amazing experience. First booking was cancelled due to weather but there were plenty of options to reschedule. Nick and Steve were both happy to answer questions and Nick is clearly a very experienced pilot and made everyone feel very comfortable before and during the flight. Being involved in the preparation and putting away of the balloon is really nice and the glass of fizz to celebrate soft landings is a lovely touch! Loved floating over the city centre and seeing Bristol in a different way - would definitely do another ride!

We had a really great experience with Nick and his super professional team. We felt really safe and had a comfortable flight, which lasted the full hour. After having to reschedule twice because of bad weather, it really was third time lucky and was definitely worth the wait! After we landed and we packed away the balloon, we got treated to some drinks! Would recommend this experience as we were well looked after!

Absolutely incredible balloon ride with First Flight! My sister and I were bought a flight as a birthday present and we felt very safe, well looked after and had an absolutely amazing time! Nick anda the team were fabulous, everything ran smoothly and we even got a celebratory drink upon landing! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of doing a balloon ride. Nick (from first flight) deserves every 5 star review possible. It was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Definitely worth every penny. And there’s also a celebratory champagne at the end of the ride. Completely safe, reliable and wholesome. Unforgettable memories. Moreover, there was an issue with our card payment. Nick was patient and kind enough to wait for the payment to go through even 2-3 weeks after we flew.
