After multiple glitches setting up an account, multiple problems with their website with messages not sending, I finally managed to make a claim to AviationADR only for them to state my claim was out of jurisdiction (I am a UK citizen, who flew from a UK airport, with AirCanada, who advised me to contact AviationADR). My claim was rejected without any explanation from AviationADR who closed my claim without consulting me and all my messages since have been ignored. Extremely disappointed since these problems have cost me £500 of loss compensation.

RyanAir refused to compensate me for a longer than 3 hour delay. Referred my case to ADR Aviation, they kept me informed all the way through and I received confirmation that my compensation has been paid by RyanAir, soon to be in my account. It did take months but worth it, very grateful!

Pointless organisation as they have no teeth. Airlines routinely ignore their findings that compensation is due. I’ve been waiting for over 6 months! I’ve phoned ADR numerous times but nothing has happened. Their communication is diabolical despite promises they will get back to me. They never do 😡

Had a 3+ hour delay on a well known budget airline who denied the initial claim as air traffic control. Registered claim with ADR and on receipt of information and airline justification, they rejected the airline position and ensure I was paid the amount due under eu legislation. Excellent service, if I suffer similar delays in the future, I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to other people.

I was told that I was eligible for a 350 pounds compensation after a dreadful experience with Ryanair, which completely refused to compensate me. ADR was helpful in the begninning giving me a lot of hope that I will get compensated. After 6 whole months of waiting I finally got 200 pounds back. I was curious to know why I didn't get another 150 pounds that was aggreed. The 1 star review is only due to this. I was completely ignored by themselves. I kept on emailing them to find out what went wrong. Zero communication from their end.

I am extremely disappointed with AviationADR’s handling of my complaint against EasyJet. Despite providing clear, valid, and true evidence to support my case, they completely ignored the facts and sided with the airline. It seems they are more interested in protecting the airline than ensuring a fair and unbiased resolution for passengers. Their judgment was completely unjust, and it felt like they never truly listened to what I had to say. If you're expecting a fair outcome, don’t waste your time—AviationADR is clearly not on the side of the consumer.
