Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not use this useless company. Phoned me to confirm number of suitcases. Told them and they said that would require a larger car and thus cost more. This should have been my first sign that this was a con. Turn up in larger car, driver refuses to take us, saying it won’t fit. Unacceptable.

Have been using this company for a personal and business purpose for about 20 years and must admit - they always delivered the best service. Especially toda, when I was having a problem with delivering a parcel ( baby car seat) due to the fact that the shop wouldn’t keep it until i can collect it with a car and these guys have “saved my bacon”. A big thank you to the lovely driver who was very kind and helpful. And wouldn’t take extra cash for it. These are the moments which moves the world! Thanks a million!

Wouldn't recommend using this service. The 'estimated price' they quote on the website is not what the final cost will be. Better off using a company that makes it clear exactly what you will be paying from the jump.

THEY ARE NOT A 24/7 OPERATING CAB SERVICE ANYMORE. UBER HAS RUINED THIS FOR THEM NOW THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND UNCONVIENIENT . USE UBER INSTEAD.

Taxi service has always been good arrival is always on time but the last 3 times I used them they have been rubbish I’ve missed trains and even hospital appointments the last time I used them was today I missed my hospital appointment and they would not see me the taxi was late by 45 minutes will not be phoning them any more I been told that they have taken over and have a new boss not good enough

I booked a cab by calling and specified exactly on the call that there would be 3 people and 3 large suitcases. The person on the phone understood that and even when I called again on the same day confirmed the car would fit us and the cases. However, a Mercedes E class turned up, which did not have enough space for 3 people 3 cases, even though we told the company twice about this. The driver even said he “doesn’t want to ruin his leather seats” so we couldn’t come in. We had a train to the airport to catch and by this inconvenience it made us late for our train! You would think that given the notice, number of passengers and cases they would know that a large car is needed. We called to complain after this happened and found the man on the phone to be very rude and inconsiderate when this was not our fault, only theirs. I will not be booking again.

Pre booked a taxi for 21.20. It finally arrived at 21:55.
The tracking sent by the company was useless as the mileage to us kept going up!
The car absolutely stank of cigarettes, as did our clothes when we got out. The car had a loud internal rattle which was most annoying.
The driver was grumpy and He drove the most ridiculous route that took an hour when our Google maps showed a much more direct route at 42 minutes.
