We had a fantastic time at Jump In by Air Hop today! I visited with my four-year-old, and we met up with friends for a fun play session during half term. We booked a 1.5-hour slot, and while the first part of our visit was really enjoyable, from 11 AM to 12 PM, the venue became quite busy and felt a bit rushed. If you want to make the most of your time, I’d recommend booking an earlier slot.

Parking was plentiful and convenient, which made the visit hassle-free. The pizza looked delicious—definitely something to try next time! One of the highlights was the PAW Patrol-themed puppet performance by a staff member, which completely fascinated my little one. It was such a great touch and made the experience even more special.

The soft play area was fantastic, featuring a massive slide that leads to a set of trampolines in a separate section. Overall, it was a great activity for kids, and we had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be back!

Would highly recommend for a fun-filled day out!

Excellent place for kids and big kids, too!! My kids had a great time playing on all the activities available. Bouncey castle inflatable slide. Foam pit and the big slide. They have other things, but they are not tall enough or too scared to try them.
They have a dedicated soft play area for under 5s, which is really awesome for little jumpers as bigger kids are not allowed in. The cafe food is fairly priced. Would highly recommend bringing your kids here. KAI, who served us, was very helpful, kind, and polite. She is a credit to the company. We will be coming back.

Great activity for kids. Clean, tidy and lots of fun! Tickets are good value but you have to buy and use their own socks which adds to the cost first time round. Soft play for under 5s and younger jumper section cordoned off from main area which is nice for smaller ones.
Cafe didn't open until 9:30am although our ticket was from 9am so spectators or jumpers might have to wait if first in.
Other areas include a dodgeball arena, crash pit, basketball trampoline court.
Spectators can sit in cafe which is upstairs and good view of whole place.

We had such a great time at the soft play! It was huge and so much fun. The food and drinks were a bit pricey, but the staff were super friendly. Thanks so much for your amazing hospitality!

Perfect indoor play area for a rainy or stormy day outside. We went on a rainy and windy weekend. Lots of children and good music. The staff is friendly too and really helped us find our missing pair of shoes 🙂

Brilliant experience with the family. Busy but plenty of personal space. Clear instructions and friendly stewards keeping order lol. Big slides, wall to wall to trampolines, foam pits and mini games. Restaurant upstairs with plenty of seating, food service is a bit slow but apart from that we had a great time and will be visiting again.

Excellent play equipment and very attentive play staff. Lois made sure that all the kids jumping from the high tower were safe and had fun! The cafe could use an extra pair of hands as service can be slow at busy times.

Great time had by all, pizza was good. Could have done with air con, you need it cool if you want to jump for your hour 😁 staff were friendly, toilets were clean food was ok. Definitely be back
