Booked a taxi. Guy said it'll be right with me. 5 minutes later I get a text saying it'll be a minimum of 30 minutes. An hour after that I call, ask about the taxi, guy hangs up on me then I get a text saying nobody is in the area. Appalling customer service and useless coverage.

Would highly recommend Roadwaze. A family of 7 going on holiday from Birmingham airport. Pick up from home and return journey. Both journeys I received a confirmation text message before arrival of taxi , which put mind at ease as I booked well in advance. Friendly and professional driver on both trips.comfortable journey plenty of room in taxi for the 7 of us and 7 large suitcases. I Would not hesitate to use Roadwaze again . Price was very reasonable too 👍👍

Brilliant service!
Booked at short notice for an airport run for 4 passengers, comfortable seating, help with baggage and on time.
Also booked return service, again such a pleasant experience, help with baggage and on time. Kept me up to date with where he was so literally came out airport and straight in taxi.
I wouldn’t consider using another taxi company, easy, affordable and kept up to date with times ect, replied to any questions I had and just made the journey to and from the airport comfortable and worry free. Thank you Roadwaze, keep up the good work! 😁

Just used Roadwaze Travel for a mini bus taxi service to Southampton. It was an absolutely superb professional service. Smart very helpful driver, clean vehicle, on time, very obliging. Nov. 2024. Have used Roadwaze for the 2nd time for a transfer to Birmingham. I can’t thank Faisal enough for helping to arrange at extremely short notice after my grandson was taken to hospital at midnight and my daughter could not take me to the airport at 6.30 in the morning. Called Faisal and pick up arranged for Ali, a super driver, who arrived on time! Thank you all! I will be in touch for transfers in 2024!!!

First time using Roadwaze and was not disappointed! Absolutely 5 star service from booking, through to pick up at airport and drop off at home! Very professional service and will definitely be using again later this year. Have shared details with a number of friends and would definitely recommend. Thank you guys for you help 😊

Used Roadwaze after a recommendation from a family member who uses them often. Brilliant service and good prices. I needed to take a carseat for the journey and they looked after it and returned it when we came back. Would use them again and have also recommended them to other family and friends.

We would definitely recommend Roadwaze Travel. We had booked a minibus for 8 return to Shrewsbury. Both drivers were very pleasant and communicated well before collecting us and both were early but happy to wait for us.
Great value for money and I would definitely use Roadwaze Travel in the future. Nothing was too much trouble.
