Used A1 for the first time this year after a bad experience with our previous drivers. I wish we had found them earlier, start to finish professional and communication on point. Driver Paul was very friendly and nothing is too much for them. When we arrived after a full day delay we were greeted with a little welcome pack including drinks and milk … milk was a very nice touch as everyone wants a propper brew when they get home. Will be using for every holiday going forward. Highly recommend. Thanks again

What an amazing taxi firm after a very stressful delayed flight some 3hrs. Lots of friendly communication was given throughout. At pick up we were greeted with a friendly cheerful man who helped with our baggage. Once in the mini bus we were greeted with bottled water and a much required bottle of milk. Friendly service throughout. I would highly recommend this firm.

I absolutely love the service minibus Paul gives us his professional support and information about any road issues. He always cares about our travel plans and he's the most reliable person, we travel sometimes with ski's and Paul always takes pride in our equipment If there was an award for the best taxi service Paul is my choice .

Always use A1 travel/Airport taxis. They are the most reliable company in Wigan. Both Paul's and the rest of the drivers are great and help you as much as they can. The added bonus of the milk and water on return is great. Highly recommended 🙂

Excellent service Paul's minibus turned up on time took us to Chester for a wedding no problems straight to the venue picked us up later that night bang on time.Went out his way to drop one of our party off will use this firm again cheers.

By far the best airport trip have had,Very friendly service,Very Clean minibus,started our journey in style, Paul very professional on time and could not have been more helpful,on our return journey he was there no waiting around,and was greeted with emergency milk and water for a brew back home,happy to 100% recommend to others,and very reasonably priced
