Always reliable. Will go above and beyond to make sure you get in time. I had a pickup to go to the station and the taxi driver Dave called me 5 times! Their drivers aren’t responsible on the road, driving on the wrong side of the road and blocking junctions while on the wrong side of the road.

When I report it they just said he was asking for directions, like that excuses being irresponsible on the road!!!!!

Please send drivers that speak the native language, it is inconceivable to think this company sends out drivers that cannot communicate properly.

Used every year for airport transfers and have never had a problem. Always on time and contact you beforehand. Being a nervous traveller i am always popping in to check everything is OK and they are are always reassuring and professional. In fact this year I had put the wrong arrival date and they rang me to check if it was correct as they could not find my flight. After my mistake (and apology 🤦‍♀️) they had no hesitation in changing to correct date and Abdul turned up with perfect timing. Fab service.

I regularly book these taxis on behalf of an elderly gentleman who has limited mobility. They have always turned up on time for him and kept me informed of his pick-ups.

This morning I required a taxi so used the same company.

Josh was our taxi driver and he is a credit to the K&M team. Very friendly, polite and helpful. We are also impressed that Josh's vehicle can accomodate a wheelchair user and also has additional seats in the back too!
