Everything was just perfect from the get go. We’ve been a few times to Middleton Cottages and this time stayed in the Bramble Cottage (normally Pear Tree) the whole cottage was just beautiful. The kitchen is kitted out massively which is great if cooking while there. The bedding is super comfortable and everything is immaculate. 2 en-suites and a family bathroom. The Hot Tub is of course the icing on the cake at 40degrees while snow was on the ground you couldn’t have a more beautiful setting. We even received extra logs due to the snow which was much appreciated as we love the log fire on. The heating and underfloor heating is enough though. Thank You for an amazing stay x

Absolutely stunning.
The cottages were immaculate and spacious. The staff who we met were really friendly, helpful and quick to answer any concerns we had. The location was great, felt like we were a million miles away from home, when in reality it wasn't more than half an hour. Surrounded by fields and little country roads, shops weren't too far away if needed but it was quiet and relaxing. We would 100% recommend and absolutely would return for another little weekend getaway!

Had a fabulous stay!! The cottages are absolutely stunning, very clean, they have absolutely everything here a home from home you could just arrive with your clothes and be fine! There is so much attention to detail in regard to information here and things to do. We stayed in harvest cottage & brought my two labradors, it’s very secure for dogs the gardens are well kept & the excerise field for the dogs on site is great. ||Anyone who has given less than 5 stars I would not trust, if it had more I would give!! Would recommend to stay & will definitely be returning.

Lovely place for a weekend away catching up with family and friends. I have been twice now once for a family catch up and once we also hired the big property for a Hen Party. Location is great not too far into Yarm or Middlesbrough for drinks, food and activities. Property lovely clean and modern all with fab hot tubs and gardens. We will return for a 3rd visit later this year 😀

Fantastic holiday once again. Trip with disabled husband friend & our 2 dogs. So clean & everything you need ( towels bedding kitchen supply’s eg tea towels wash up liquid ect ). Great hot tub not over looked at all. Large enclosed garden with garden furniture also exercise field for the dogs. The owners always there to welcome you & always at the end of the phone & come to say bye at end of stay. We have stayed many times and never been disappointed. We stayed At bramble cottage 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms open plan kitchen diner living room.

We booked the Granary at short notice as we were back in the UK from Australia at Christmas to meet with Friends and family.
The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the entertaining area was ample for what we needed.
Coming from Aus, the underfloor heating was a revelation and kept us warm and snug, along with a few dips in the hot tub 😉
