I booked the Jubilee barge for a private family trip on the canal following my daughters wedding earlier that day. It was perfect. The crew were so welcoming and helpful when we were decorating the barge. It was such a "Newbury" thing to do and all the wedding guests loved it

What a lovely way to spend an hour or so, enjoying Newbury from a different perspective. The crew were so friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Great little trip, highly recommended.

We loved hiring the pedal boats and spending an hour on the river. £15 (cash only) was well spent. I witnessed the boats being cleaned and sanitised between each hire.
Situated along the river Bank just beyond The Rose Revive pub.
Great fun and very good exercise for the legs.
I spotted motor boats for hire too, if pedalling is not your thing!
Definitely will go back again.
