We visited twice in two days, all the staff were happy, polite & assisted us as we made our choice of an adventure holiday in Peru. Went yesterday, Manager (male) served me. Not at all helpful found two holidays. I was only with him for about 5mins. Came home found a lot,ore. Other ladies working there seemed more interested in their customers.

Normally I use Selby branch they are brilliant. Clifton Moor useless. Still waiting for a return phone call 2 months now. Visited branch in Clifton Moor last week totally wrong information given. Travel agent totally not interested by his response. Give them a miss at Clifton Moor.
