Have used Whitby Holiday Cottages for the last 3 years. Lovely staff, great comms and the cottage we book is amazing. The office has now moved next door with Astins estate agents so don't panic like I did when you go to collect your key and the door is locked 😂 Have already booked through them for next year 👍🏻 Recommended.

Wow. Cottage was in a superb location 5 minutes walk from train station and local amenities. Beautifully appointed with everything you could need, a home away from home. Will definitely be back soon.

The ladies at Whitby Holiday Cottages were absolutely amazing sorting out my last minute booking in late December 2019. I can't fault the friendly service, they even made recommendations for lovely walks and places to eat near where I was saying (which were brilliant). Nothing was too much trouble for them and I felt truly looked after. The cottage I stayed in was stunning and brilliantly located. Can't wait to book again! Thank you so much!

Not nice to deal with when things go wrong. NASTY business my advice is steer well clear many better companies to use for a Whitby stay. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Superb letting agents, Seamless booking process along with 5 star customer service, nothing too much trouble for the truly dedicated staff. Beautiful apartment and great value for money. Wouldn't use anyone else. As the Tina Turner song goes, 'Simply The Best'

Stayed at Soda Cottage during half term. Excellent location and amazing property - very high spec, luxurious, comfy beds, spacious (there were four of us with a dog in tow). The parking space was invaluable. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Always a friendly approach, we book yearly for the Goth weekend and are always very happy. They have some beautiful propertys, sometimes you can be exra lucky and get a view of the Abbey and 199 steps!! We will always book with Whitby holiday cottages!

Bad experience. On arrival we could not say if the property was cleaned. Website advertises extra cleaning as covid19 precaution. That did not happen. Carpets were dirty, fridge smelled of curry, hairs in the cutlery draw, discarded rubbish under beds in the kids' bedroom, one dirty towel left in the bathroom. Window latch broken on top bedroom window. No milk in the fridge provided as part of hospitality package. No fresh towels left in the bathroom. Had to go out and buy some to use through the week as a family, that's an extra expense on top of hundreds pounds paid to rent the property. Raised a complaint in the evening on the first day of arrival. Agency was not interested. Submitted the receipt for bathroom towels to the agency requesting to compensate the inconvenience. Agency not interested. Left the property earlier than planned. When handing the keys to the agency overheard another family leaving early, too, complaining of problems with toilet in the property. Appalling service.
