If I could give 0 stars I would. Ruined a family vacation due to negligence and not following through with hotel bookings (forced 5 adults to share 1 small room). I could have planned a better vacation myself with 1 day of googling having never been to the region than what their agent did. I work in the travel industry and really regret letting my family book this company. I know this is harsh but time with family is scarce and the service/quality of product this company provided was truly abysmal.

I cannot recommend Audley high enough. They are knowledgeable, exceedingly helpful and friendly and nothing seems to much trouble for them. They arranged a bespoke family holiday to Canada for us that was just awesome. They did everything, even arranged local activities and offered to make restaurant reservations too.
Holiday itinerary contained lots of helpful advice and suggestions too.
Everything ran so smoothly while we were away, apart from a puncture in the hire car, which Audley refunded due to car hire company being less keen. What more can I say?, try them - you'll be glad you did.

Recently travelled to Egypt with Audley. Olivia put together a great itinerary that covered all the points we discussed the holiday was fantastic. Just as I’d hoped.

I had a concern about a flight whilst we were away, turned out to just be an IT issue at the airline, but Olivia responded quickly and resolved the issue. Saved me a lot of stress

Just returned from our Audley Travel arranged holiday to Singapore and Thailand! From the initial email to our appointed person Alex Shepherd to touch down back in Manchester today the whole experience has been unbelievably amazing! Alex listened, understood, advised and supported us throughout the 18 months of planning. The trip was so much more than we could have hoped for, the hotels out of this world and the representatives at each location totally brilliant. Can not recommend this company and Alex particularly highly enough. More of a 10 * experience! The Harrison’s are home, tired and overwhelmed by the whole fabulous trip

My mum and I recently booked our dream holiday of a lifetime to Canada expecting a stress free holiday sadly for us it was not.

Our rep Georgie was very good and did her best. However all our trips that were booked through another local agency did not always perform well.

When we first got to Canada after long flight, our transfer time did not exist. We had to pay again just to get up to our hotel on the first day we arrived which wasn't cheap. Although we got our money back through Georgie this caused us to be stressed throughout the whole trip in the rockies that no one was going to turn up.

We had another 2 issues later in the trip where one coach was late for another transfer to Banff but no one told us. The other was our transport back to our airport going home being 1 hour late.

The trips and locations were great. However the stress caused by poor service from bookings arranged in Canada would put me off going with Audley again.

To be fair to Georgie she has been great at trying to help us out and if i could give her 5 stars i would. But our experience of over 6k between us was stressful.

Audley (Boston) put an itinerary together for our 2-week trip to Argentina and Chile that was just perfect and provided our family with experiences we would otherwise never been able to realize. Well done, plus the local travel agency support was great and made pro-active changes when an airline strike would have caused major issues. Highly recommended.
