Excellent, interesting tour. 45 minutes of beautiful scenery and interesting commentary by Colin. Well worth the £10 fare. Up hill and down dale in an historical old bus.

This review is from August 2024:- I can confirm that the tour is running, but it now takes place on a normal mini bus not a vintage bus as advertised. £12.50 pp, for an excellent trip up into the hills to see some locations used in last of the summer wine. Very interesting and highly recommended if you’re in Holmfirth. Thank you Colin for your insights during the trip. PLEASE NOTE:- Cash Only.

Phoned day before and checked tour was running , all good.
What a lovely experience.
My wife and I loved every second of the iconic trip.
Colin the driver was superb as we travelled up hill and down dale.
His knowledge of Summer Wine and local history and local celebrities was second to none.
He takes the bus where no bus should go.
Would certainly recommend to anyone.

This is well worth a ride on. Brilliant ride, even though it was torrential rain and fog when we went on. Get to see lots of film locations and there is a commentary on the whole route. Would go on it again, preferably in better weather!

Absolutely brilliant time going around last of the summer wine. Tea & coffee at sids cafe.done the tour which other wise u wouldn't find most of the places and really informative. Museum which was compos house with a lot of stuff from the series. A must do thing when your in holmfirth

Absolutely terrible experience. All the windows was steamed up. I couldn't see a thing. 10 people and 2 children on the bus. And to mention the moors murderers....Hardly Summerwine Magic Tour is it? Oh and just over there is where Brady and Hindley buried the children. I had my child on this tour and I felt extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend at all.
