Great place, nice people. I rented a kayak, they were very helpful. Also their base in Paddington is the perfect place to do a kayaking trip, Paddington to Little Venice and then to Camden Lock. Photos are near their base.

We had a private session with Tyler, which the team accommodated with 24 hours notice.

He was really good at explaining things and such a calm presence out on the boat. I was there with my 10 year old nephew who has some additional needs and there were no issues whatsoever - the definition of plain sailing 😎

Loved it and would highly recommend the little bit extra expense for a guide if you’re in any way nervous on the water or unsure of surroundings - of which we were both!

Fabulous paddle boarding session at Brentford Lock with instructor Tom. My son loved it and the 2 hours were so chilled, spotting moor hen chicks and dragon flies. Very relaxed and helpful instruction. Really recommend Active360

Fun for a small birthday event - choice of paddle board, kayak or canoe the canals were a great place to get on the water. Beginner to experienced, all of us had a great time bird watching, paddling and exploring the area.

Had booked a two person canoe for me and my girlfriend Saturday morning. Turned up and nobody was there, called the main office and was told they’d made an error with the booking and someone would be there within half an hour. Ended up being another hour later so we cancelled…

To be fair, we have been offered a refund and a free experience next time which is great, but ultimately disappointed as we’d planned our morning and lunch around this activity, which has just been spent waiting around instead.

It was my first experience with paddle boarding and i absolutely loved it! The instructor was friendly and competent, the group not too large and the time spent on the water was very good! I went with my work colleague and she has been given also the Active360 tshirt as it was super hot weather and she was wearing just a swimming costume, so kind! I will definitely continue with this sport thanks to this fantastic experience!
