What a wonderful experience, Jo is so friendly and knowledgeable of her area. HENRY is the star of the show, what a handsome boy! And Bob made sure we were always safe. We highly recommend this for a fund tour around Savil Gardens

We had the most lovely time today on an hour hour of Windsor Great park. Joanna was absolutely lovely. Very welcoming and very informative. Henry the horse was just perfect. The rise was part of a present for my mother's 90th birthday and she.just loved it. I can't recommend this carriage ride highly enough. If I have any criticism it's that the hour went far too quickly!

We took our parents for their Golden Wedding Anniversary present, we had a wonderful hours trip around the Great Park. Jo and Henry (the horse) we're wonderful, we loved hearing more information about the area and the park was beautifully in bloom. What a lovely afternoon with Jo and the gorgeous Henry (sorry I've forgotten the name of the other lady). We did the hour carriage ride around Windsor Park and highly recommend it. We were taken around a lovely area and given lots of snippets of information about the grounds and the sights. Henry was impeccably behaved - what a cracking horse he is, and the carriage was beautiful and comfortable.
A very friendly, knowledgeable and caring service from booking right through to the end of the ride. Thank you for making my week's holiday.

Well what can i say Jo and Bob were our perfect hosts, what a fantastic hour we had, my friend Irene and i learnt so much in that hour, i would highly recommend this little luxury. we will definitely be doing it again next year. although not on a monday as Henry the horse has his rest day then. xx

I arranged a Valentines Suprise to start the day prior to having lunch at a local restaurant, as it was a surprise it was and important that things went to schedule.
They arrived bang on time in a wonderfully dressed carriage, they where polite and gave just about the right amount of information without being intrusive.

My girlfriend said she felt like a Princess, we really enjoyed the ride.

Thanks for a lovely start to a great Valentine's Day.

I arranged a horse and carriage for my sister's wedding and her daughter's christening as a surprise. Ahead of the event I spoke to Jo who runs the company to confirm the runnings of the day with her. We agreed the horses and carriages would take the couple to the venue and stay for photos with the couple and some of the kids. However to my great surprise the driver dropped the couple where no one could see then and left straight away (over an hour before agreed) so none of the kids could see and we didn't get any of the photos we had hoped for. I called both the driver and Jo and neither answered my calls and when we finally managed to speak to the driver he refused to return to complete the job we had paid for.

After the event I tried to talk to Jo to explain my disappointment but she was rude and refused to listen to me and accept any responsibility for the poor service. From my conversation with her it was clear she had failed to inform the driver of what had been agreed. Very disappointing.
