Faultless service. I booked in advance and it was great to speak to a human being with excellent English. A text arrived just before the car arrived. Our friendly and helpful driver Chaudry was bang on time. Thankyou all.

Great service. At first I was worried after I booked to the airport and return, as the guy who took the booking was a bit surly and abrupt.
But the driver was on time to pick us up to take us to the airport, and was really pleasant.
On our return, our flight was on schedule, but we were stuck on the tarmac for ages. The driver waited outside the outskirt of the airport until I called him to let him know we were on our way out so he could make his way to pick us up. Again very pleasant driver. We were amazed that there was no charge for the delay.
We will definitely use them again.

Everything was going okay till this evening when a driver broke down and the telephone guys failed to inform me so my 55 pound takeaway went cold because of no show I shell never be using this company again

I called them for taxi service since there was a train strike yesterday so before confirming I asked them for the cost and lady quoted me £30 so I agreed but whilst on the journey driver charged me £38.50 which was ridiculously expensive for 10 miles. But I gave the driver 36.50 as I was £2 less coz I was misinformed about the price. In addition while driving he called the office and started talking in Hindi which I understood clearly and I know I wasn’t lying about the cost. My first and last experience with them never going to use their services again.

Whenever I have called or been picked up by any of there drivers I am repeatedly misgendered despite correcting the driver or person on the telephone. Not the best customer service to insult your customers.

Turned up exactly on time. I asked about taking the dog during booking and they were immediately fine about it. Lee the driver was calm and relaxed and therefore so were we, with the dog on board. She behaved herself perfectly sitting on our laps (she's a big dog). Careful efficient driving and really respect that they agree to take well behaved dogs. Thanks Station Cars. Will be back!

Booked a taxi on the basis of their inclusion of a car seat for our 18-month old baby. The driver showed up without the seat, which at 0500 left us no choice getting to the airport. Company seemed reluctantly unapologetic, but we certainly won’t be using again. I would also not recommend to other parents, on the basis of this experience.
