My husband and I recently got married at The Constance Prince Maurice in Mauritius and well, it was completely magical. Every part of our trip was perfect from the moment we arrived at the local airport to the moment we stepped back onto the plane 2 weeks later.

Having a wedding abroad we thought would be difficult to plan but the hotel staff worked tirelessly to communicate with us and to bring our visions to light. We had visited the hotel once before though the recommendation of Susie Freeman, an independent luxury tour operator. She booked all of our travel and gave us excellent local tips/tricks/advice about the wedding and the holiday surrounding the wedding.

Susie also organised our wedding legalities which was very easy and just involved half a day to attend the city to sign some documents! We were very fortunate to have her on board and would highly recommend booking through her for all Mauritius and Indian ocean trips.

Susie and team were supportive throughout and even got to spend time with her in Mauritius - the personal touch was amazing!

We booked our wedding and honeymoon in Mauritius through Susie Freeman Travel, and they were invaluable in so many ways. Firstly, in helping us to get the right itinerary, where Susie and her team proved very knowledgeable about the Island and the different hotels. Secondly, when our children added on at later dates, with slightly different itineraries, nothing was too much trouble. And then, when we needed to return home urgently and were unable to find a solution ourselves, Susie managed to get us home through her network of contacts in a way that just wasn't possible for us to do.
Susie has a great team in the UK, but also got involved personally herself on several occasions, both before the trip and and most notably when we had the difficulty returning home. Amazing service, above and beyond what we could reasonably expect. Thank you Susie, and your team, for looking after us so well, and for making our wedding and honeymoon so wonderful.

I booked the most fantastic couple holiday through Susie Freeman Travel. After extensive advice through intimate knowledge of several destinations, hotels and experiences we stayed at The Prince Maurice in Mauritius. Susie knows the whole Indian Ocean but in particular Mauritius as she started her company 21 years ago with Maurtius as her first destination. We had a special trip. The hotel was perfect for us as we like to be active but also enjoy incredible food and wine. So of course, we have booked again to go back in November!
