I have never used a travel agent to book a holiday before. I prefer to book directly with the travel company . Based on excellent reviews I decided to use Deben Travel and let them do the work for me . What a mistake that was. I can honestly say that they spoilt the holiday of a life time to the Rockies and a cruise to Alaska. Deben Travel let me down badly during the booking process. They failed miserably to take me through the cruise options and to provide me with essential information. My wife and I finished up in an awful cabin which we didn’t choose. I would recommend anybody wanting to book a holiday from a brochure of a reputable company, book with them direct. Do not use a travel agent who only act as an intermediary and receive commission for the bookings they make on your behalf.

Yet again Deben Travel have truly looked after me and found me the most amazing holiday in Norway. It was everything that they promised me it would be. With an outstanding query over my holiday insurance cover they contacted the people on the ground to ensure all was well, providing me with details of what had been agreed in a timely and efficient manner.
