I would recommend not to book from them. I booked a round tickets to LA with no layovers. First, it automatically redirected to a wrong date. When I reached out, they said even the original booking is not going to be the same price , I had to add like 400$ more or so if I wanted the same thing , forget the date. Next, they offered to book one way ticket for close to what I paid for the round ticket but with layovers and no carry on. Their defense or strategy seems to suggesting that the promotional price during booking is no longer available. This is not okay if the booking goes through and you get a call saying its not that price but something else. I will avoid it at all cost.

This website is a SCAM. I booked a flight for my family. I got a call that they were switching my son and babysitter to another flight the following day. When I told her that doesn't work, she said she can put my family together on a connecting flight. When I told her that doesn't work, she said she cannot provide me with a refund because it is a non-refundable flight. She told me I cannot get a refund and cannot dispute the charge. Now, I am left with no flights, and a fake charge on my account.

I wish I’d seen the other reviews first because they were right. I bought tickets, only to get a call from this company saying my flight wasn’t actually booked and that I’d need to pay extra for a different fare. When I asked for a refund, the rep insisted she could get me the “best deal” and even sent me a new booking confirmation. Then, my phone flagged a fraud alert. Something felt off, so I looked them up—and sure enough, it’s a total scam! Be careful!!!

We had to call our bank to cancel our card.. So they won't charge us... Same story as every one else.. got a call that things changed and wanted to up charge us double... please be careful

I had a terrible experience with this agency, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. This agency is a scam. Do not purchase a flight ticket from them; I repeat, do not purchase a ticket from this company.

Initially, they lured me in with an incredibly low price for my flight, which seemed too good to be true. However, as the day of my flight approached, I received a notification that the price had gone up significantly. This was extremely frustrating and felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic.

I genuinely don’t understand how they are still in business while scamming people like this. It’s disheartening to see such practices continue unchecked in the travel industry. My advice is simple: avoid this agency at all costs if you value your time and money.

Farehutz is nothing but SCAM.... After buying a ticket, they ask you to call them and they'll either tell you that the flight is full or there's no flight available and will ask you to pay another ridiculous amount of money for the "next available flight". Don't fall for their crap..on the phone will be some crazy Indian accent customer representative who would wanna tell you all the lies under the sun. Tell them no and report them to your bank/credit card company to get your money back if they already charged your card. I reported them to the authorities

If I could give negative stars I would!! TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! They sell you a ticket, call you the next day and tell you they have no seats at that price and the fare is not refundable, forcing you to forfeit what you paid, or pay more. When you pay more, they say it's the cost of the airline, not their cost, but also a lie...and they TELL you that as well!!! I went from $198 to $345 because nothing was cheaper, they said, but when they broke down the $345, more than $50 of that went to THEM!! TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! Indian or Pakistani call center in the background. I spoke with some man who transferred me to another man who then transferred me to "Nina Flores" (all Indian accent, mind you...have you ever heard of anyone named Flores with an Indian accent?) I hate being scammed and lied to. Tell me your name is an Indian name, and I'll respect that much more!!! I'm not anti-Indian, I'm anti-LIAR!!! I don't care what your nationality is!!

They are 100% running a fraudulent business. I payed for the cancellation fee and on their site it says you can cancel within 24hrs and when I called them they refused to give me my refund even though it was before 24hrs. They wanted me to pay extra money for my returning flight as it wasn't approved. SCAMMERS!!!
