Kerry collected us from Gatwick between Christmas and New Year after a holiday in Madeira. Booking was straightforward, the price was competitive and the pick up was seamless. Kerry is very friendly and makes the journey very relaxing. Will definitely book again for our next trip

just back from dubia .Singapore and bali
before I went i said I want good hotels and good rooms . u sent me links which where supposed to be 4 star hotels. which did look ok to be fair . but when we arrived in dubai to be taking on a out dates boat which didn't smell great and to be taking to a small room u couldn't swing a cat in. so we had to pay for a upgrade. the place was in the middle or a construction site 40 mins away from everything so we were over £500 in taxis for our 4 night stay getting back and forth . arrived in Singapore to be taking to a small box room smaller than the 1 in dubai .so we had to pay for an upgrade.
arrived in bali 3 nights later to be taking you ubud jungle resort which wasn't in the holiday package that u made us in ask for it and paid the extra . the place was absolutely stunning we were meant to be there for 3 nights but when we told everyone the travel company booked us a hotel in kuta everyone told is the place is bad so we extend our stay another 2 nights in the jungle which cost us more . we decided well go to our hotel which you guys have booked for the last 3 nights of our holiday. big mistake that was the place was terrible we stayed one night and went to uluwatu for the last 2 nights .

how to improve do your home work and stop sending people to bad hotels in bad locations which is only going to cost the customers double the price if they want to make the most out there holiday
paid just shy of 4k for the holiday
ended up costing us double .

i definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to go with this company

Excellent agency, our trip to Romania was good. The hotel was very comfortable and clean and well located. We had an issue with the excursion but it was sorted well at the end. Isaac was perfect 👌🏻 sorting everything out. Thank you so much. We recommend you guys 100%

The service I received was excellent. I was looked after by Isaac and Shawn and I am of the opinion that Isaac & Shawn went to great lengths to ensure everything was just as we wanted. Isaac was a pleasure to do business with he took his time to do everything possible to make the booking smooth but it was my fault not to give him the full name of passenger and I needed that amended then Shawn came to resolve the issue for me thank you 🙏 so much guys. I booked a holiday to Iceland though Max at Travelme360. From the first point of contact he couldn't do enough to help. He planned a 3 night trip with a full itinerary of day and night trips including all transport which couldn't be beaten.
We were unfortunate to be travelling during earthquakes and one of our trips was cancelled. Max was straight on the phone with a new spa booked and the holiday went without fault. We stayed at Hotel Cabbin and would definitely recommend this hotel and the tour guides couldn't do enough.
Will definitely be booking through them again.
