Just arriving home from a wonderful 8 day Tour of Jordan taking in sights and sounds from Aqaba to Amman and back. Hotels were very nice all staff are friendly and helpful. Food was was in keeping with the country we visited and being able to help yourself was good. Lots of Salads and chicken, occasional stews and lots of eggs boiled and occasionally breakfast chef would cook what you wanted Sunnyside up or omlettes. The places visited on our tour were excellent and we're enhanced by our Courier Wael Majdalaweyydh who was so knowledgeable about the history, culture and places of historical worth filled our minds and furthered our education.
Our Coach Driver Ahmad Abu Seileek was a master with his bus..even in the snow, deep valleys and mountain-top views he negotiate with precision... a great driver to have with you. At the Airport arriving and departing Representative Aqaba Branch Fathn Al Ahmad was on hand to help facilitate your needs. My experience of Jordan was positive and I had a wonderful experience on this holiday Tour. Thank you to you all for makinging it so wonderful.

Update from last review of Jetline. I have not heard anything now for almost two weeks from Jetline or the CEO to which I forwarded my complaint.
I have contacted ABTA, CMA, watchdog, rip off Britain, Martin Lewis and This morning and also contacted the companies who advertise Jetline, groupon, travelzoo etc,. Unfortunately those that advertise Jetline have been doing so for years and have never had any negative feedback although Groupon were very interested in my complaint. I think more people need to do as much as they can and report Jetline to as many companies as possible.
ABTA unfortunately are not regulating this company as they should be. ABTA state their guidelines are that their members are to give full refund credit vouchers or cash in the event of a cancellation by said member. After registering my complaint, ABTA replied to me advising if I am unhappy with one of their members to contact the CMA! So it seems ABTA are not even regulating their members anymore and probably the reason why Jetline provides the ABTA link in their emails. I would still report the company to the ABTA as again, the more complaints they get the more they will have to take notice. It sickens me that Jetline seem to think they are going to get away with keeping thousands of customers monies. This company is using a virus that is killing thousands of people to their own advantage which I think is absolutely disgusting and such unscrupulous behaviour.
I continue to write to as many people as possible to make them aware of what Jetline are doing and implore everyone who has been affected by this company to do the same. Write as many reviews as possible to ensure potential new customers of this company are aware of their behaviour if anything goes wrong when booking a holiday. They have a Facebook page as well which I have also wrote a review on.

My next step will be contacting the small courts however I need to let a month elapse to give Jetline a chance to respond but in the meantime I am sending the details of my experience with this badly behaved and unprofessional company to as many people as possible, I hope you all do the same to help in exposing them for the frauds that they are.
