Hi. We have just booked our dream holiday with Madav Thacker at Viva, and I must say, I am so impressed with the service and price, that I am already planning my next trip. Madav was absolutely amazing, going through every detail of our trip, changing certain things we wanted, nothing was an issue. Madav was not pushy, very helpful, and gave us different options to choose from, and even a few free upgrades which was unexpected. He highlighted everything which was included, and everything which was extra so no nasty surprises later. We haven't been on our trip yet, but I will be asking for Madav, and definitely booking with Viva for our next trip. Great service, great price, great customer service. What's not to like.

Today we used viva cruise for the fiirst time after many years using other companies and we have successfully booked our next cruise with the help of Madhav. He was so patient, knowledgeable, professional and at no point did we feel pressurised with hard sell tactics. All questions were answered instantly and he kept in touch with us throughout via email and calls. He talked us through the whole process and found a fabulous cruise at a reasonable price. Excellent service from Madhav who was very courteous and well informed . He handled our family of 4 booking from beginning to the end in an extremely timorous and efficient manner. Similarly with all the electronic documents that were required to complete the booking.
Nothing was a bother whatsoever.
If all the representatives are of the same customer service quality and standard as Madhav, I would without doubt have no hesitation in recommending Viva Cruise to others .

Viva cruises/holidays are amazing, seriously gave me the holiday of our lifetime. Andrew from viva literally sorted everything from start to finish and was on hand at all times in getting back to you quickly, Andrew also reviewed a hotel off his own back and got us in to a better hotel without any cost coming to us. I would like to thank viva for personally ticking boxes on my bucket list.
