Regina, a simple-minded worker at this place was not only rude, but unable to follow instructions. Trying to a book a holiday with her was a nightmare that can only be described as haunting. I don’t have enough fingers to count the amount of times she rolled her eyes, whilst failing to book our holiday. With no thanks to Regina, we won’t be flying off to anywhere any time soon. We hope Regina finds a profession more suited to her many skills including eye-rolling, poor communication and bad attitude.

I had a disappointing experience with Regina at the travel agency. She was rude and unhelpful throughout our interaction. Instead of providing assistance, she seemed dismissive of my concerns and questions. I expected better customer service, especially when planning a trip. I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for support in their travel arrangements.

Just got back from St Martin in the Caribbean. Had a wonderful time. Regina and her staff did an excellent job of arranging my holiday. Regina in particular was very patient in listening to my questions about the holiday as I hadn't flown in 25 years, she put my mind at ease. I have been using Alan cook travel for over 35 years and will certainly use them again.

I used Alan Cook Travel Ltd. for my family holidays to Mauritius last year in October 2016 Half Term.
That was my first time to travel to Mauritius and staff of Alan Cook Travel gave us the best suggestion which coast we have to stay.
