Unacceptable mess. Dirty dishes, bugs on bedding (dead and crushed!) and windows left cracked so that dozens of flies were inside.

For the price you would expect better. The only good thing is the hot tub and location.

Edited: They fixed this issue the morning after but you would think they'd check if your room was clean before you checked in.

We had a lovely stay at Ranmoor Estate in one of their lodges. The lodge had everything you needed or could want. We visited as a family and our children had a great time using the park area and hot tub. It is great location for visiting the jurassic coast. We would definitely return.

I went to the house at the entrance it was great I loved the view and the hot tub and it had a Xbox but the controller didn’t work I recommend this to friends and family

Absolutely love it! I spend one night with my partner, left home all relaxed after good sleep, all experience top quality, I may say I have noticed some dusts on top of the bed frame, other then this top quality. I felt like everything is very new, other mega plus Dogs allowed!

Beautifully located and beautiful little cabins. But they are very close together so there's not a lot of privacy. There's also no screen or hedges between the cabins meaning you'll see your neighbours get in and out of the tub and they'll see you

Excellent facilities for a family get away.

Highly recommend this beautiful low-key get away.

Pod was lovely, very well presented, clean tidy, everything you need for a getaway.

Huge outdoor area for kids and big kids to play.

Hot tub with every pod, spent many hours in mine.

Close to shops, not too far from the beach Poole.

I would visit again.

This place was amazing and we really enjoy our time there, was very relaxing and cozy. The only thing I will say, many things from the kitchen cutlery and stuff was quite dirty and some of the things very old.. the oven was absolutely disgusting and was smelling really bad when switch on to make some pizza… I will advise to bring your own stuff for the oven and foil… sofa was very uncomfortable
