Had my car booked in for some work at JM automotive last week. When carrying out the work they called to tell me they have found a worn engine mount and crankshaft oil seal leaking slightly and advised it was done at the same time given location being accessed already. Happy the price to given the go ahead. Kept me in the loop about time frames (parts had to come from Volvo in Sweden due to stock shortage locally).
Blown away by how thorough they've been with everything and most importantly communication has been fantastic.
