This property is absolutely not as described and the Host Angela is not in any way helpful or accommodating which is disappointing considering other reviews left. You need to look at the detail of ALL the reviews to be get the full picture.

It was filthy - absolutely filthy!

The kitchen cupboards had dirty food stains on the outside, plates unclean, welcome pack was full of dirt and old food stains. No WIFI at all. Ground floor bedroom, was filthy, bed unmade, had been slept in, all crumpled sheets with human hair within ! The dirt and debris behind the bed which could be seen as the headboard was broken, was disgusting with used vape cannisters. Large spiders above the bed, cobwebs everywhere and mites infestation on windowsill. The bathroom had a foul potent smell and was dirty!

Dead flies in the hallway and windowsill and coffee tables with dirty glass/cup stains. The vac was full and had a cracked cylinder.

The Host Angela was extremely difficult. Defensive from the off and in denial of what we were trying to explain. She wasn't on site or willing to attend, said she was in York and basically told us to leave if we were unhappy. Her attitude was appalling. When mentioning a refund she laughed and basically inferred we would be lucky to get 15% back!

Do not be fooled by the published photos as it is not as described at all.

Stayed back in June and paid twice for my visit. Was promised my money back and have it recorded. They would not provide a refund. They have now blocked various accounts and refuse to contact us regarding the refund. Extremely poor service from the owners. Would not recommend to anyone! Please be careful if booking, could be a dodgy set up.
