Very lovely and helpfull staff. They provided the information we needed. The place is clean and tidy. We could refill our waterbottles and buy beautiful souvenirs in the shops. There is a lot of information related to fossils over there, very interesting!

Lovely views and a pleasant way to spend a day or afternoon. Gets very busy but plenty of parking and places to eat.
I was here in a work capacity as a coach driver, with plenty of parking spaces, but £45 for a couple of hours! I can see tour companies crossing this place off the itinerary.

Loved it! What more could you ask for? A free, fairly interactive visitor centre that educates you on the geology and history of the Purbeck coast! My son chilled out and played with some sand looking for fossils whilst I got to read up on the facts and look at the free exhibits. What’s more - the centre seemed to transition into a coffee shop and then soft store. What Joy!

This is a nice little visitor centre situated next to the car park and usefully on the way to the beach. It has a small exhibition of fossils and information on how Lulworth Cove was formed. You've also got a small shop where you can pick up gifts and anything that you left behind at home. It's well worth dropping in while you're in the vicinity.

Don't rely on the visitor centre sticking to its stated opening time. I planned to use the disabled toilets 15 mins before the centre closed and they were locked up early, I asked if I could be allowed in and was told no. Not very inclusive for disabled people.

Was surprised how good the visitors centre is considering it is for just one of so many costal spots in the uk, I guess Lulworth cove is very iconic.
The shop has all the usual stuff to buy, but they also have a nice little cafe a mini mueseum with lots of interesting exhibits, activities and information. The staff were kind and helpful and the place was clean and tidy.
I was a little sad that they didn't have any information or mention of the filming of the two excellent doctor who stories here (curse of fenric and the power of the doctor), as this was one of the main reasons for me wanting to visit the area.

Arrived here after a big storm and all were dry and friendly inside. Very passionate and interesting chats about rocks by the people who work there! Very helpful. Good displays of rocks and geological time frames. Rocks you can see and touch, good for buying geological maps and stuff for kids to play with, colour, sand etc.
