We completed a 10-day Tanzania safari/Zanzibar trip in June/July customized by Wayfairer. We had a private safari and stayed in hotels and three tented camps. The trip was amazing and exceeded all our expectations. Wayfairer took care of all of the details and arranged a perfect trip. We would not hesitate to use them again for another trip. Our safari guide, Ibraham, was also amazing, going the extra mile to make sure we got all the photos we wanted. Request him for your safari and you will not be disappointed.

We are a traveling family for sure, and up to now always planned our own trips and vacations whether domestic or abroad. That being said, when the decision came to go to Africa for the first time, we were somewhat overwhelmed. Whether it's South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania or any other country or region in this huge continent, there are literally dozens of options...enough to make your head spin.

After doing some extensive research, we reached out to Wayfairer for help and were not disappointed. From our initial phone call with Eleanor to our continuous dialogue with our concierge Dalia, we were floored by how well our trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe was planned and executed.

They were simply fantastic!

The team at Wayfairer were great, even though we arranged our holiday and itinerary from Australia. Everything went to plan, it was well organised and tailored to our meet our wishes. The Safari was great! The accommodation was perfect for us, the guides were informative and everyone was so firendly. We saw all of the wildlife we wanted to see and more. It was definitely a holiday to remember!

We cannot recommend Wayfairers enough! Ellie and Dahlia planned the most incredible trip for us, we were looked after at all times and had a fabulous itinary that was exactly what we were after. They toke the time to understand what we were looking for and plan an epic adventure!

The bespoke safari trip to Kenya was beyond my expectation. Wayfairer team put up a good show. They were responsive from D1 when I contacting them, arranged video call to learn our needs and came up with a detailed plan. Through the trip their advisory team was very responsive and almost 24x7 online to adjust our needs. Transportation was smooth (we were travel by domestic flights through the trip), resort picks were excellent (especially Eagle View in Mara), and the safari guides were very experienced. If anything to improve, I think the vehicle pick during our safari in Ambosali could be better if it was a closed trunk jeep instead of an open jeep (that national park was very dusty). Overall I'd rate them 5 stars.

We have just return from a week long safari holiday in Kenya organised by Wayfairer Travel. This was a holiday of a lifetime and Wayfairer put together a wonderful itinerary for us. The advice they gave us was so helpful in deciding to go to Kenya and the lodges they recommended more than exceeded our high expectations.
They are true specialists and their advice is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered in a prompt and friendly way.
The pre departure pack was very in-depth and helpful. All the arrangements went to plan and we felt comfortable and well cared for the entire time we were away.
It was also nice to know that Wayfairer are an ethical company and our holiday helped local people and wildlife conservation.
This was our first holiday with Wayfairer but it certainly won’t be our last.

Wayfairer absolutely made our honeymoon beyond special and perfect. We do not need to think about a thing when we are there in Kenya and everything is already well arranged. Wayfairer team is very supportive and keen to help if we have any questions on the itinerary or want to make any changes. I’m sure Wayfairer will be on the top of our list if we are about to arrange another trip abroad!

We returned from 3 weeks in South Africa where Wayfairer Travel set up a fantastic, seamless trip with in-country flights, couriers, safari and tour guides, and elegant lodges with the best dining. We saw many marine and land species and learned basic manners in Zulu, Tsonga, and Xhosa. Thank you for going above and beyond.
