Parminder is very helpful. There wasn’t a question we asked that she couldn’t answer with confidence. We will probably use her as we move forward with our plans. Had an application for a dependant visa (FLR) IR and had a terrible experience with a management company that I tried to go through initially. Ended up trying by myself and used the "Document Application Visa Check" via IAS to make sure everything was in line.

I booked the appointment on Thursday, had a face to face appointment Friday morning which they urgently made because my premium appointment was booked on the Monday.
