Beautifully designed and constructed apartment complex with 1/2/3 bedrooms options, reception desk, reception area, very well located in the city centre, elevators, well equipped gym, beer garden on the terrace, Tesco located in the building is a blessings in disguise, close to coach station,University and Tram station is a boon. It's a new and fresh living options popular amongst students and professionals. Pets are allowed.

This building has a very nice cement work on the staircase, nice, even and smooth surface. And also a free gym session for climbing staircase because the lift has been not working since a month ago. So well done.

Feels like a scam. Signs you on for the first year at a reasonable rent then jacks it up when you renew (mine was increased by 220 a month and is now more expensive than all available units, even ones larger than the one I'm in now so beware). Staff also seem to be unhappy and there's really quick staff turnover. Seems like management is also forcing staff to beg residents to write reviews too which speaks for itself. Things can't be fixed because they're still within warranty so it has to be referred back to the manufacturer who of course then never come to fix it. Lovely staff (for the short period of time that they are there) in a good location but unfortunately don't feel like a "valued resident" like they claim I am at all. A real shame.
