What an absolute pleasure!! My husband and I took our daughter to gather all of her ski hire for a school trip and we couldn’t have been helped anymore. The whole family offered help and support, especially the owner, Ian who went above and beyond to help our daughter who is autistic, has sensory issues and is very easily overwhelmed. He gave us time, space, and ensure she knew all the options, gathering her pack together, but by bit. Our daughter was in tears writhing 5 minutes, but after half an hours support, she left smiling with everything she needs! 🙏

Visited these guys today and they completely sorted us out with everything we needed. Amazing service and knowledgeable advice. Incredible patience, we were in there for hours! So much choice for us and only high quality brands at awesome prices (sale now on). Really felt like we got an amazing deal & they went above and beyond. Can’t thank them enough. We were blown away by the service of this family run business. Absolutely fantastic shopping experience, everyone was relaxed, friendly and knowledgable. Abi in particular showed much patience with us and our lack of experience. It was refreshing to have someone who didn't just try to do the 'hard sell' but, cut through all the hype and expense associated with winter sport and provide us with what we actually needed at a reasonable budget. Not only that but they provided some great complimentary Christmas refreshments that kept our teen happy. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. This is what a shopping experience should be like. Ditch the chains and support these small businesses.

I cannot recommend Ski & Sport Ltd in Dronfield highly enough! The customer service was absolutely fantastic. Abby went above and beyond to advise us on everything we needed and made sure we got the best possible deal.

I drove 50 minutes to visit this store based on the reviews, and it was 100% worth it. Not only did I save a significant amount of money compared to the snowdome shop, but having someone as knowledgeable and helpful as Abby guiding us through the options was worth its weight in gold.

The best shopping experience, excellent range of ski gear for all budgets and the best staff you will find anywhere!

We were served today by Abi – we really didn’t know where to begin but she very patiently helped each of us (2 adults, teenager and younger son) with ski jackets, trousers plus all the additional gear for our family trip. Our second visit to the shop in 12 months – travelling over from Lincoln - and we would genuinely never go anywhere else now. We would highly recommend a visit - especially if you'd like a little extra reassurance about what you need to buy for your ski trip.
