We used Time Travels for the first time today to get my husband in his wheelchair to a hospital appointment. The taxi arrived on time and the driver was very helpful getting the wheelchair over the very icy pavement into the taxi and again on the return journey tackling a steep and slippery path. A great job done. Friendly and helpful service. Would certainly use them again.

We’ve only just started using Time Travels taxi service but have been very impressed with their reliability, friendly and helpful customer service. My Mum is housebound and having been let down by other taxi companies it’s good to know that we have found a taxi service that we can rely on. Booked a wheelchair accessible car for multiple journeys throughout the afternoon to get us to a funeral and wake and back again. Absolutely superb service from this company. Our driver, Habs, arrived on time for every journey and he was friendly and so very helpful getting my mums wheelchair in and out of the car. He was courteous and polite and the vehicle was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again. Used the service to go from home to GPs last week and to go to and from Northern General Hospital this week with a wheelchair.
All taxis arrived on time, drivers were excellent making sure I got in and out okay and pushing the wheelchair as necessary.
Didn’t get the name of the first driver , the second was Habs.
Highly recommended .
