Lovely cabin, Lovely area and the caretaker on site was lovely. Stayed with my partner and 2 kids. One of my children is a wheelchair user, although the cabin had 2 steps to navigate into, it was easy to get him in and once inside plenty of space for his chair.

We Would struggle to wheel him into the bedroom, but i transfer him to his bed anyway. So this wasnt an issue for us.

The cabins are not advertised as wheelchair friendly, so we cannot complain. They where more than adequate for us. We did email ahead and ask about accessibility and we where offered the option to visit before booking to see if we thought it was accessible for us. A very nice gesture.

Site was clean and tidy and the cabins where more than warm enough. Swings for the kids to play on.
Nice and quiet of an evening. On warmer nights sitting out on the porch of the cabin would be lovely.

will be booking and staying here again.

Has everything you would need, nice simple accommodation in the lovely town of Ingleton. Would definitely recommend going into the town and exploring while you're here! And the Ingleton waterfall trail is really worth doing as well. While we were there the lodges were nice and quiet, they had good wifi and they were very clean when we arrived.

We were a group of enthusiastic hikers 22 staying at the Timberlodge for our annual Xmas weekend. Great size of the accommodation, sufficient bathrooms and dining area. Ranger on site was responsive (minor issue with the heating on first night - he was there within 2 minutes of my call).
Might have been a bit tight for 40 (as it sleeps) but it was what we needed. Fantastic location for the hills too, Ingleton village within walking distance and it has a lot to offer - pubs, cafes, swimming pool to name the few. Highly recommend. Contact prior was very good too. Thanks for having us - Chester Great Outdoors Club

Great family run place, we've been here a few times now and it's alway welcoming. The cabins have everything you need. Washing machine and dryer on site if needed. Lovely and dark at night so you get a good sleep plus you can star gaze on a clear night, it's amazing how many stars you can see that you sometimes never really get to see at home due to the streetlights. Local amenities very good and a short drive or 10 to 25 minute walk away if you want the garage or the village itself. Meals can be delivered from a local business but think there is a minimum order. The local bakery is excellent and I'd recommend you visit.
There are two small play areas in the centre of the site, you can keep an eye on the kids from your cabin and they are not near enough for you to be disturbed if you don't have kids with you. This keeps them entertained till almost dark on nice evenings. We've heard owls and seen small bats at night catching bugs which was great. Recommend this place for all the above and it's location makes it a great base for visiting lots of the attractions in the area. 5 🌟 's.

Outstanding! We stayed in Beech Lodge and it was perfect - clean, spacious and with everything you need. The grounds are superb with lots for the children to do. Amazing for family reunions or simply large groups. Ruth and Peter run it wonderfully and make you feel really welcome.

Beautiful wooden lodges in a quiet location. Despite being just off the A65 you really don't hear much traffic noise. Then again it rained a lot so we weren't outside too much! Well heated lodges, adequate shower/bath plus dishwasher. Laundry room available.

Nice location and clean cabins but the caretaker was very rude to me and the kids. In the evening we were playing in the field and he asked us to stop playing and go back inside. On the last day , He said that he would not let us leave unless we removed the bed sheets and put in the laundry room ourselves. Which was reasonable but the manner in which he told us this was extremely rude and was not necessary. Then later on he denied saying those things when his boss was around. We will never come back because of the audacity this Caretaker Martin had and the negative impact he bestowed on my family and I.

We have stayed in the lodges at Pinecroft several times now and have enjoyed each and every time. Whether it be barbeques in the lovely surroundings during the summer or long walks and cosy nights in the lodge on a winters evening. The lodges are always exceptionally clean and tidy and the kitchens has absolutely everything you need to make full meals if that is what you fancy. Our children have always enjoyed spending time in the grounds and especially love the tree house. Evenings are nice and peaceful and the wildlife is lovely to spot from the lodge windows. All in all a lovely holiday at any time of year.
