Fantastic holiday rental company! Christophe (Select Villas) is friendly, helpful and very responsive. A fluent French and English speaker, he liaises with the owners to make the holiday run smoothly. We have stayed in a beautiful villa in Brittany twice with Select Villas and have another booking in 2025. When we had to change our arrival day last minute he was easy to contact and arranged a new arrival time with the owners. We initially booked with Select Villas for the property but we continue to book with them for the customer service and peace of mind that even when abroad there is someone we can contact if there are any problems. My level of trust in Christophe and Select Villas is very high. Would recommend highly!

Easy to book. Christophe is very helpful and friendly keeping us updated throughout the process. The Villa itself, Villa Littoral, is modern, family friendly in a beautiful location with its own access to the beach and spectacular views. Within walking distance of Lomener town with a range of small shops, a supermarket and bars and first class restaurants. Lots of walks both short and long from the house to Kerroch and L’Armor Plage as well as longer cycle rides to Ploemeur, Fort Bloque ( recommend the sunsets) and L’Orient Football training ground. Only 25 minutes from L’Orient with its tourist features like Fort Louis and Lac D’Orient; with a large selection of shops and supermarkets.

The villas I have experience of have all been of a very good standard, and their service outstanding. We are working together with Select Villas for about nearly three years now as an owner of two holiday houses in Brittany. Christophe is a very reliable person, very quickly in responding to questions that might arise around bookings that have been generated by Select Villas. Select Villas carefully visit the villas before they start any rentals. Therefore for an end customer Christophe seems to be very competent in providing advice as he knows the house he is renting. The is a key USP against all big portals.

Based on the guests we have had via Christophe so far we have got the impression that Christophe seems to have many returning clients, which is a triple Win situation for all three parties involved in the process. We are happy to have found that specialized provider and are looking forward to receive many more bookings to come in the next couple of years. Good luck and thanks

Highly recommend using Select Villas for booking a villa holiday in France. Great service and quick accurate communications. Will definitely use them again!

NEVER EVER book with this company. We booked through select villas for a holiday in France. The accommodation was hugely dated from the photos online - to top it all there was black mould in the bedrooms, green mould in the bathrooms, broken panels in the kitchens and bathrooms, cobwebs and dust everywhere, squashed mosquitos on the walls and ceilings - the list goes on. What was disappointing is that when contacting the company (whilst still on our stay) instead of a ‘we’re so sorry you’ve experienced this, what can we do to make things better’ we were bounced to the ‘belles villa’ team who select villas book through, we were told the ‘property was unclean because it’s the end of the season’ (we had paid £400 per night for this stay). Any other communication regarding our complaint has been ignored (phone calls and emails). They’ve taken zero responsibility. So if you’d prefer a hassle free, clean, enjoyable stay somewhere, I’d absolutely avoid booking through select villas.
