From the moment we made the booking until the moment we got dropped off at our destination the service we received was outstanding. Very efficient communication when getting the quote and making the reservation, excellent communication in the few days prior to our airport pick up and once again excellent communication on day of pick up! Our driver Chris was ready and waiting for us on our arrival at Manchester Airport, exactly where he said he would be. He had just the right amount of friendly chat over the course of our journey from Manchester to Kendal. He drove nice a safely and we highly recommend him and Airport Services UK for all your transfer needs!

The driver on the way down was very out of breath smelled of very strong tobacco and the car was smelly windscreens all dirty. Not impressed
Neil however on the way back was really helpful chatty and a good driver on a very wet M6.
