Our tour guide, Allen, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and had some wit and humor... all while still being respectful towards the victims.
I gave a 10 euro tip, I hope that's fairly standard.

We enjoyed this tour very much! Jamie, our guide, is exceptionally knowledgeable about the story and the logistics of London back in 1888. He was also very funny, but never failed to be respectful at the same time. My 10-year-old daughter was completely fascinated by his story-telling and we always had a heads-up in case there would be something she didn’t want to hear or see (which was not the case.)
I personally wasn’t too impressed with the Ripper Vision, because I expected the projections to add more details. Nonetheless, the projected pictures helped us to better understand the events. Absolutely recommended.

We toured with Rob the guide and had a wonderful stroll through Whitechapel. The projected images gave us a glimpse into what Whitechapel was like in 1888. The squalor and depression of the area at the time mixed with off duty military and lordlings slumming it were all confidently portrayed as factually as possible without the dramatic exaggeration some tours would lower themselves to for sheer shock value.

Stick with Rob, he won't steer you wrong but be prepared to walk!

We had a great time on this tour. The guide Mick Priestley was very informative and knew so much about all of the sites. He brought the story to life in an engaging way and gave us all the horrifying details!! We ended in a pub and had the chance to go through all the projector images to tie the story together. We also purchased Mick’s book which is an amazing read. Definitely would recommend to any tourists or fellow Londoners who want to know about their city more!

What a fantastic tour! You could not get a more informed and detailed guide than Mick Priestley, his knowledge was incredible, not just about Jack the Ripper but also the East End of London in 1888. He really helped to paint a picture of London in that era and as well as engaging myself and my husband, he managed to engage and captivate my two teenage sons! Ripper vision also helped to bring it to life!

Mick has also written a book, which I thought was brilliant, really well researched and informative, couldn't put it down. Highly recommend the tour with Mick and his book!

Awful experience with this group…wasn’t at the location they were supposed to be…Richard their “customer service” rep was rude, defensive and accused us for the issues. He had no desire to remedy the problem and instead just got more and more defensive. I would not recommend this group. Waste of time, money and aggravation.
