Wellbeing Pharmacy have supported Brook House for well over 12 months with all of our service users prescriptions, have generated our MAR charts and go above and beyond in supporting us.
Jenny is fantastic and is really the only person I am happy speaking to at Wellbeing. I trust her implicitly to get things right in supporting our vulnerable service users and she knows her job inside and out. Jenny is always friendly, supportive and professional and I know if she is there any queries will be dealt with promptly and no question or query I have is ever considered stupid or 'too much'.
I sometimes experience 'technical' difficulties if Jenny isn't available as other staff at Wellbeing do not always communicate effectively, but Jenny is always quick to resolve any problems.
