Don't ever book anything from this company. This is a scam, instead buy your testing kit from somewhere else cause this will save you money and plenty of nerves. I booked one testing kit for £210 and it hasn't arrived but the order is non-refundable. It is impossible to contact them through anything, emails are ignored, calls are always busy, they put you on voicemail saying "we're experiencing a high volume of calls please call later" tried calling NHS, useless. Such a negligent and unprofessional service, I expected something more considering this was listed on gov.uk official website but I was wrong.

Edit: damn after 3 years nothing ever happened to that shitty company 😤

Absolutely disgusting service! We cancelled our hotel quarantine at the beginning of the month and are still awaiting our refund. When we call the call centre to follow up, a different story is told to us every time. First it was 10 days for the refund, then all of a sudden 21 days, when we followed up again we were told 28 days. Today we were told that we never sent in a cancellation. The call centre staff are extremely incompetent, when difficult questions are asked, they hang up. Unacceptable! This whole setup seems rather fraudulent.

Millions of pounds have been taken illegally due to double charging of bookings. I myself have been chasing this company for nearly a week and received no confirmation regarding a qurantine booking. It seems Thousands of people have been ripped off due to Corporate Travel management and their unprofessional attitude. Seeing is believing. It's been bad and only got worse from the initial booking. After numerous attempts to make a quarantine booking no confirmation received.Had to change flights twice, lost money twice to be told "No quarantine rooms available in London, please rebook your flights!!" No one responded to multiple emails when i requested a family room. Never had such a bad experience before! Avoid CTM. Even the government does not listen to the thousands of complaints.

Utterly disgraceful service.

CTM posted two COVID test kits to the incorrect address - I know this as Royal Mail informed me - and eight days later they have not replied to my email requesting replacement kits. I have also tried to phone them 17 times, including twice when I was put on hold for around 30 minutes, but it has not been possible to speak to anyone.

I have raised a dispute with my credit card company and hope to have the exorbitant £210 fee credited to my account shortly. I would encourage anyone who has not received their test kits on time to do the same.

Like many others who have left reviews, I would give CTM zero stars if I could - one star is far too generous.

Making the initial forced quarantine hotel booking wasn't too bad, although the form could've been clearer. But the real problem lies in if you need to change your booking for any reason. My airline changed my flight and I completed an online form and e-mailed the company but received no reply. I was nearly denied boarding my flight and had to get someone in the UK to call them. They were on the phone for over an hour, they didn't answer the call for at least 30 mins. They eventually sent me an email, an hour before I landed back in the UK. But even then, the airport staff required is not on their confirmation form-so I ended up having to Google post codes for airport staff. DISMAL service. Particularly when one has no choice but is forced to use them.

Trying to book the travel COVID test and have been waiting for 47 minutes now for someone to have my questions answered. One of the important question is (and that's why I need to speak with someone) what happens if the flight gets cancelled; do I lose the money paid? Also, where will I have the day 2 and day 8 tests? In what part of England? NO info whatsoever on the website that, not surprisingly, was the ONLY link from the Gov.co.uk website. Get your act together, people. You've managed to secure a contract, now do your job.

An update: still no answers on the phone (no matter what option you chose the answer is 'please call later'); no reply to my Email either. And currently (5th of Mar'21) this Company is still the ONLY one to supply us with those tests (you must have smelt something fishy here by now). Other labs are also advertising the same kit test, but the 3 labs I spoke with are still waiting for the Govt to allow them to start using their tests; the labs are approved, and yet, not permitted. I wonder why that is...

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered a test kit from them several days prior to travel. I received an email confirmation of my order. Arrive in the UK but no sign of the kits. When NHS test and trace calls to make sure I know quarantine procedures they advise that I get in touch with CTM which would be nice if they answered the phone or responded to emails but they do not. 8 calls so far - each automatically hangs up after playing a message “we are experiencing high call volume please call back later.” No response to multiple emails either.

Literally the worst experience I've had travelling to the UK. I've travelled back and forth to the UK at least 20 times and this was by far my worst experience. they're in charge of the quarantine hotel booking God knows how. The govt. shouldn't have handed this responsibility to this unprofessional company. I missed one of my flights for their errors. Now my wife is about to miss one too because of their incompetence. They don't send you any notice as to whether your booking has been confirmed, their employees are the least helpful considering they'll keep you on hold for half an hour AFTER taking your info and then the call will just drop, in which case you'll have to give them all the info from the start again. It really is surprising how a company in one of the world's leading countries is functioning in this poor manner. Shocking poor show.
