Very easy to rent vans from Primedrive, hired a luton and a transit and both were great vehicles and exactly as expected. The process was simple and they were flexible when my plans changed and I needed an extra day with the luton and then a smaller van for another day as they had availability. Level of service excellent, would highly recommend to all.

If you’re heading to the Isle of Wight and need a car to get around, cant recommend Prime Drive enough. They will meet you from the ferry with your car and are happy to do the same on return, or if it’s easier, they will help you with an alternative plan. The customer service is top class and they really care that you have a good experience and enjoy your stay. Their cars are all regularly serviced and well looked after. Great value and friendly service. Hired a couple of different sized large vehicles from here and service and prices were great both times. The vehicles were both in very good condition as well and the second time round, the van was almost new!
All in all, a very good service from a friendly, local business that really does put the customer first. I'll definitely use again in the future.

The loveliest car rental experience I've ever had, incredibly accommodating at short notice and an all round nice team of staff. Fair pricing, quick pick up and no fuss drop off, even on Sunday!

Would not hire a van from these people again. Not told rear doors would not lock, had to unload over night and start again in the morning.when I phoned about this I was told that it worked intermittently and that a part was on order.(shouldn't have been for hire if not working). Back of van had oil stains all over it (not good for moving furniture). On my return I phoned to discuss the problems I had, the lady said that I did not talk to her (I did) passed it on to her husband saying "Good luck with this one" loud enough for me to hear. Her Husband (the owner). Did not want to know and tried to pass me on to another person that was not there that day and did not phone me back. I kept ringing and when I finally got through was told that it was not her responsibility and that the man I phoned was the owner and it was his responsibility.
