We went into Trailfinders to get help with a trip we hoped to go on. They were helpful with itinerary and information initially. We couldn't make the decision on the spot due to work approvals. When they followed up afterwards and we said that we had to change plans all customer service went out the window. They made us feel like we HAD to buy the trip and then abruptly hung up when we said that we need to rethink the trip due to a change in possible duration. Rude.
