I just came back from umrah with my family the team was so helpful Anwar bhai was great help at all time and the team in Makka and madina was great I was a bit worried at the beginning going with kids but they looked after really well.

I gave a passport for renewal. I paid £130 2 months ago then they did not start for work . In between I was asking for updates . After 2 months he was saying if you have any link in passport office call them and ask for your passport. And after that I was asking for receipt then he was saying he lost it etc . Finally when I was asking him again and again then he was saying I did not apply u can take back your money . N one more thing I gave my I’d to send money in Bangladesh he is using to send money for someone else . Careful doozy guy and such a lair . Sorry for him who send the passport to me . Because that brother he wanted to see his mom . Who is underlying condition.
