Great company who made our first Umrah experience very smooth and easy. He dealt with all the visas, tickets, hotel, travel and short trips during our stay. A WhatsApp group was also created to keep us all informed. Professional service run by this company and highly recommend for group packages and if you’re travelling with family.

THE WORST travel agency by far. We used thus agency in 2023 for the first time fir ummrah and because of how great the service was, we we went again for a larger ummrah booking in 2024.
We decided to make the booking in march 2024 as we were going ummrah in December 2024 but wanted all the hotels that we requested to book and keep in place. The price was initially too high however syed said he will drop the price and promise us the hotels we wanted in makkah and madinah.
Fast forward to November 2024 he offered a 4 star hotel and no direct flights as he promised to do so. He also charged more than he initially said and provided terrible service whilst in Saudi arabia. Lied to our faces several times saying the hotel will be the ones we want but no he gave us a 4 star hotel when initially promising a 5 star hotel I madina and also gave us the lower basic rooms in makkah within the 5 star hotel. The flights were also in direct and he said the flight back to London would be direct but this was all a lie. Terrible service second time round and will never use again.
Using Islam and ummrah to mug people off. And being rude to my face when I was there telling me to get off the phone when I was on the phone to my wife as she couldn't come into to office regarding the booking. Lucky man syed I was patient but never ever take someone's silence for weakness. You will not get far by mugging people off.

My wife and I had an amazing experience of doing Umrah with Sonargaon Travels. They provided more facilities than they promised. Outstanding Ziyarah in both Mecca and Medina, highly skilled guides with vast knowledge of Hajj, Umrah and Islamic Studies. I have done Umrah 11 times, but with Sonargaon travels I had most enjoyable Umrah. We have had smooth plain journeys, luxurious transport for Ziyarah and journey to Medina. Very grateful to Allah and would like to thank Mr. Sayed, the owner of the travels.

One of the best travel agency. Syeded bother is so helpful and supportive. Very nice person. Very honest guys always willing to go extra mile to help. I was going yesterday to London to Dhaka Bangladesh, I got problems with cabs. I called the syeded bother he call cabs for to take me heather airport. Me and my wife are a newly wedded couple. Instead of going on a honeymoon we both wanted to carry out our umrah. Best decision ever and the best experience in both of our lives, It was both our first time going umrah and I reccomend to all newly wedded couples to go umrah. Brilliant way to start your marriage.

My package included the following

-Direct flight to Saudi Arabia
-5* Royal dar El Eiman (Makkah) 4 days
-5* Frontel Hotel (Medinah) 3 days
-Continental breakfast buffet at both hotels
-Car and driver from Jeddah airport to Makkah
-Car and driver from Makkah to Medinah
-Car and driver from Medinah to Medinah Airport
-Ziyarah in Makkah and Medinah

For the above package I was quoted £2500 - £2800 from multiple travel agents but Sonargoan gave me the cheapest price, cutting it by £700, I didnt even haggle and I didnt even tell them what I was quoted from others. They just gave me a price and I was a happy to pay because I thought it was very reasonable and the best price I'd been quoted amongst all the travel agents in London and online.

Alhamdulillah everything went to plan. The hotels were fantastic, the walk from the clock tower to the Haram is only a 2 minute walk (Gate 90, 91, 92, 93 and King Fahad gate) The walk from Frontel Hotel to Masjid Nabawi is one minute (Gate 16). The car journey from and to the airport and to medinah went to plan and on time. Sonargoan delivered on everything on the package and more.

I would like to give a big thanks to Sonargoan Travels you will always be remembered in my duas for giving this special moment to myself and my wife. We will always remember this journey and experience and bringing us even more closer to Allah SWT and for any new and old married couples out there who haven't been I highly recommened you embark on this journey and I highly recommend Sonargoan travels for you as they will make this experience and journey an excellent one.

Got Syed bhai to do our NVR for Bangladesh week before I was due to travel. Was very happy with his service and he returned my passport to my home the day before we were due to fly.
