I am very disgusted with the poor service I received today on the phone with Sackville Travel staff Nadine, who was extremely abrupt when I asked a question for my mother that she did not understand with regard to an I.94 travel document that is required after you have been approved by ESTA .This is another travel document required before you can book your flight to enter in to the United States. ESTA had already approved my mother but then my mother received an email this morning about the I.94 which I simply just asked Nadine about since I was now ready to book the flight for her. But instead of being helpful she became so rude when I said I thought you could help us or explain this for my mother. I had to end up hanging up due to her disrespectful manner. There is a saying in life ( It's not what you say it's how you say it). You Nadine need to be taught customer service because you are lacking in every way. I remember when Sackville Travel first opened in Stockwell /Brixton because I myself use to use them for a lot of my travels and back then they had nothing but great customer service.

I have now come to understand this is a Travel/Departure Card
that this is required with every waiver visa holder with ESTA approved document that the United States require when entering the country this was kindly explained to me by another Travel Agency ALHaram Travel who I ended up using to book my mother's flight because they went above and beyond to help me when I asked them the same question. They even went as far as to send me the link. Now that is what you call real customer service.
This is my reason for giving a one star review. Customer Service is very important.

Emailed them 15 days ago for a quote for a flight and they couldn't even be bothered to respond so they apparently don't need my business. They also need to get their website updated because it's useless trying to check dates for flights. I'm really disappointed with Sackille because I've booked with them before and had no issues though it was some time ago. It seems that their once quality customer service has become rather hit and miss now.

I have used sackville for many years to fly to the Caribbean. I hope that this service continues to offer customers the option to pay down for flights as this really helps in the current state of the world. Also, the changing of a flight is an easy process. We also like that the staff represent the demographic of consumers. Thanks to Nadine, and the entire team.

Had to leave a review after speaking to and booking with Justina at Sackville Travel.
She was super friendly, extremely professional (checking a range of dates in order to advise me on the cheapest date to travel) and built a plan to support me paying off in 3 payments!!!! I cant believe it!!!
Her professionalism was the difference between booking with Sackville and anyone else!
Hands down, she was the best person I have spoken to and I wanted to share this with everyone x

SEPTEMBER 2023 I BOOKED A TRIP TO DOMINICA FOR £1300..I LEFT ON THE 16TH OCTOBER 2023, TO RETURN OCTOBER 31ST 2024..I ASK THE AGENT HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME TO CHANGE MY RETURN DATE WHILE AM AWAY,TO COME BACK BEFORE OCTOBER 2024...I WAS TOLD £200..LAST WEEK I CONTACT SACKVILLE TRAVEL TO DO JUST THAT..AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY TICKET IS VOID CAUSE I'VE MISSED MY RETURN FLIGHT..SO I CHECKED MY TICKET AND I REALISED IT SAID RETURN OCTOBER 31ST 2023..WHICH WOULD GIVE ME 12 DAYS IN DOMINICA..I MUST ADMIT I DID NOT NOTICE THAT ERROR WHEN I BOUGHT THE TICKET.OF COURSE THE AGENT WILL NEVER ADMIT SHE MADE A MISTAKE BY PUTTING 2023 INSTEAD 2024..SHE ALSO MADE AN ERROR ON THE RECEIPT STATING THAT I'M TRAVELLING VIA ANTIGUA WHEN INFACT I WAS TARAVELLING VIA BARBADOS .THEY WERE SO COLD SAYING, "YOU HAVE TO BUY A RETURN TICKET". SO HERE I AM STANDED ABROAD.I REMEMBER TELLING AGENT CHARLETTE THAT "I'VE NEVER USED SACKVILLE TRAVEL BEFORE AND I USUALLY USE NEWMONT..SO AM GIVING THEM A TRY",BUT I GUESS IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE USING THEM...YES I SHOULD HAVE NOTICE THE ERROR... BUT SEEING THAT CHARLETTE ALSO MADE A HUGE MISTAKE ON MY TICKET..THEY COULD AT LEAST MEET ME HALF WAY..INSTEAD OF NOT CARING THAT AM STRANDED..
arrived am back in uk. had to find finances to purchase a ticket home. after being stranded abroard partly due to charlette the employee of sackville who printed the wrong return date on my ticket. when informed sackville that the return date was printed wrong by their staff..I was told "you have to purchase a new ticket"
