Had to do a collection there on 5/12/24.
Staff in the warehouse were very rude and aggressive as apparently I hadn’t had my vehicle logged in to their system.
Someone called Damien was particularly rude and threatening and told me I hadn’t had my to leave the site.
Totally unprofessional and definitely not a credit to the company.

I came here to do a trailer drop & swap. Said I had to wait 3 hours for my empty trailer as I was too early and made me park outside off their site. I collected a trailer that had been sat there the whole time. Make it make sense 🤨

This the worst Amazon
We are not allowed to use the toilet how are you not allowed warm the food? For the driver. This is ridiculous.

Very slow as normal over 2 hours to deliver.
When I questioned the unloaders they said they were short staffed as per usual.
With all the profit Amazon make you would think they could employ more staff.
Or is it really that bad to work there they can't get the staff ?.
