We booked two minibuses for our wedding in Bristol city centre and the driver was absolutely fantastic. The service was prompt, professional and well organized. The driver was patient, helpful and friendly. He really went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we had a stress free and enjoyable experience. All my bridesmaids agreed it was an outstanding service - thank you so much Bristol Travel Ltd and your fantastic staff!

This company clearly cannot accept bad reviews as they keep deleting previous reviews left by clients.

I must add I have emailed the company prior to this but they did not respond to hardly any of the information I put on but instead gave a generic response, not great customer service.

You will not hear one of our drivers say “HOW MUCH LUGGAGE ” with a look of desperation.... these were exactly the words said to us when the driver came to Barnsley to collect us for a 2 night stay in Bath and expected 12 people to carry no cases.

The attitude of the driver was rude with him saying on pick up that we had chosen a terrible day to go to Bath with it being a Bank Holiday and that we wouldn't be making our twilight spa that was in 8 hours time. Not exactly what you wish to hear when you are ready for a weekend away. We made the journey in plenty of time for our spa so there was no need to scaremonger.

The driving was scary with extremely harsh braking. We were seeing the hazards well before the driver and ushering him to brake.

I must also point out that the driver proceeded to shout at one member of the party who was 39 weeks pregnant. However, I must also say he chose to argue with his wife in front of the whole bus too... must be his attitude towards women?

A terrible service from start to finish. Do yourselves a favour and pay the extra money for a better experience.

We went from Barnsley to bath on a hen do so expected a journey of around 4 hours but due to the driver not being allowed to exceed 62 mph and a legal requirement stop of 45 minutes after travelling 2 hours the journey was around 6 hours. There was no boot space for cases so they had to be piled on seats. The driver appeared unfriendly and sarcastic and did not explain anything regards breaks or anything other than stating at the start of the journey that we had chosen a bad day to travel it being a Friday and a bank holiday on top of that.. poor communication on the Bath pick up point and when I phoned after waiting at the location I thought we were getting picked up from was spoken to like a child. I thought his attitude was poor. On a celebratory weekend he really brought the tone down and therefore I definitely would not recommend this company/driver as it is too late after the event." Don’t bother reviewing on their own website as for some reason They don’t appear.

Just to cover a few points regarding my experience:

- deletes negative reviews on their website. Not a true reflection. Reviews uploaded are deleted moments after.

- the mini bus was dirty around the air con fans it looked like some sticky residue was left splashed all along with top. It was not attempted to be cleaned before we arrived.

- driver was unfriendly and sarcastic. Even had an argument with his wife during the ride which was uncomfortable for everyone

- made my 9 month pregnant cousin cry with how aggressive he spoke to her over the phone

- driving was quite scary resulting in a couple people from our party feeling quite anxious the entire drive

I am not one to leave negative reviews however I think it is highly unprofessional that all negative reviews are being purposefully deleted and therefore the public are not seeing a true representation of everyone’s experience

Having enjoyed 2 fantastic group minibus day outings in the warm and capable hands of Bristol Travel Ltd, I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are local folk and are proud to be looked after by a local business which serves the community with such professionalism, attention to detail and good humour. Everyone in the team is terrific, but a special shout-out to our fabulous driver, Jack.

This is the second time now that myself & group of friends have used Bristol Travel LTD for our regular trip down to “Rogers Cider Farm”. I wanted to use the company again after the fantastic customer service and professionalism which was received during the first trip. The driver Tony is always happy to go the extra mile for you and accommodate your trip to ensure it’s exactly how you want it. Very clean bus, always on time, no delays, friendly chatty driver and a fantastic price for the journey. I have now become a regular customer of Bristol Travel LTD & I will continue to use them for years to come for all my travel needs when a mini bus is needed. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a reliable travel service 👍🏼!

We used Bristol travel Ltd to take a group of us to Cheltenham Races on the Tuesday and the Thursday. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Fantastic service from booking, to communication before travelling and then on the day. Will definitely be using from now on for our trips. Thanks again

Jack recently took a stag party to Manchester, was really friendly and approachable. Jack was happy to drive in the crazy storms and got us there and back safely. He was very accommodating stopping for a toilet break when we needed to on the way and on the way back. Arrived early to pick us up and was flexible on the time coming home. Couldn't ask for anything else. Thank you and would recommend.
